Welcome to Indy Women Physical Therapy

Indy Women Physical Therapy helps women regain strength and confidence in their bodies so they can exercise and be active without leakage or pain and enjoy life to the fullest.

We love taking care of new moms, helping them to recover after having a baby. We also take care of women experiencing pelvic pain including painful intercourse, painful bladder syndromes such as Interstitial Cystitis, Endometriosis, and chronic low back and hip pain.

If you are tired of your bladder calling the shots, have given up on sex because it’s too painful, want to exercise again without leakage, or just want to return to the activities you love without restrictions, then you are in the right place!

How Can We Help?

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, we should talk. While these issues can be common it does not mean you have to live with them.

Do you leak urine or stool when coughing, sneezing, or during exercise?

Does your bladder have that “gotta go” feeling resulting in leakage or going to the bathroom several times a day?

Do you experience pain with intercourse?

Do you feel pressure in your vagina that worsens after prolonged standing or during exercise?

Are you seeking alternative treatments for a prolapse other than surgery?

Have you been diagnosed with Endometriosis or Interstitial Cystitis?

Do you have ongoing vaginal pain, pelvic pain, abdominal pain or hip pain?

Do you have a Diastasis Recti and notice a doming or gap along your abdominals with activities such as exercise or just getting out of bed?

Have you had a baby and want to learn safe ways to return to your favorite exercises such as running, lifting weights, yoga or HITT?

Are you currently pregnant and having low back pain or pubic pain?

Are you frustrated and feel like no one really hears you when you discuss your symptoms?

Client Love

I am so thankful that I found Camille when I did. I had two babies 16 months apart and experienced a lot of pelvic girdle pain with my second child that began in my second trimester and continued on in the postpartum months. I tried several different types of therapy before I started going to Camille, but nothing fully relieved my discomfort, and I was unable to run or do any of the other sports that I enjoyed before having children.

I was physically run down and mentally discouraged from dealing with constant achiness and soreness. Camille was so thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable during the whole process. She helped me restore proper body mechanics by correcting my posture and finding the right exercises I needed to regain strength where I needed it. I am so excited because I am running again and feel strong and healthy. The best part is that I can be an active mom with my boys without pain. I can’t say thanks enough to Camille.”
